Our Story

The Pale Moonlight is a female-fronted punk band from Harrisburg, PA, just trying to write driving, catchy, overly ambitious punk songs. Imagine mixing AFI, Alkaline Trio, and Thrice—but make them obsessed with long intros, multipart bridges, and tension-building outros, all with a girl sing-screaming over the top.

Led by Julia (vocals) and Conrad Tolosa (producer, guitar; Ghoti Hook), this married songwriting duo records and films in their home studio alongside scene veterans and fellow pop culture nerds Jordan Thomas (guitar; Divebomber), Mitch Rife (bass; Back to Life, Olde Tigers), and Jeremy Bentley (drums; Movies with Heroes). They are driven by the fun and camaraderie that comes from making music with friends.
